Fast Eddie's Fried Chicken

Best chicken around! They've extended their hours and now accept card payment to allow for everyone to come fill their bellies! And they have the soft ice that everyone dreams of! R & A, the new owners are continuing the great work! Not to mention that last week, I took way longer to run an errand and was late picking up and they remade my fries without me even asking, to give me fresh and hot fries!

Best deal on quick food you'll get around. Double burgers for $3.25, and unlike all the fast food chains, the sandwich is actually stacked right instead of just slopped together. The fried mushrooms are fire, and so is the okra. I tried the gizzards, but they were a tiny bit overdone, so the meat was tough and chewy, but the breading flavor was on point. It's hard to get gizzards just right, so I give them a pass on that one. Especially since the dark meat and light meat chicken boxes are top-notch

Overpriced spoiled chicken, cold fries and staff with attitudes. It used to be good. They stated there wouldn’t be a change but there is after they sold the business to people who clearly don’t know how to do customer service. If you’re pressed for money, say that… Put this on Facebook and they took it down and blocked me due to the bad review after arguing back and forth with me. So unprofessional.

30 years ago We moved around here. 30 years ago I Happened upon Fast Eddies Chicken. It was good tasting chicken then& it's good tasting now. To me it taste just like it did 30 years ago 👍 I get the White chicken Box or the chicken Liver box, livers fried soft or Gizzards ! Also love their fried mushrooms with harsh radish sauce/Ranch and the ice cream is good too.And love the short road trip from Florissant to Alton Ill. Going there takes us back (memories) to the town we are from. It's such a Gem 💎 to me reminds me of a chicken restaurant my Grandfather would take me too with him when I was a kid in my hometown for good chicken gizzards & livers when I was younger. Convenient Parking , Good Service, Decent prices, A fair amount for the price etc... GLAD they are still around. (Please be Respectful and Thoughtful) know loud music etc. and Respectful of others while in line and of the restaurants traditional way.
